Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, find your required item, select a size and colour, then click on 'add to basket'. Do this for every item needed. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, such as delivery method, billing and delivery address.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence, a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Making A Payment Once you have completed the checkout stage, you will be asked to pay using either Netbanx or Paypal. You do not need an account with Netbanx to use this option, all that is required is credit or debit card details. For Paypal, you will already need to have an account with them to use this facility.
You can order by phone, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo credit and debit cards, please make sure the card you use is not a 'wipe card' only, as we will not be able to take payment if this is the case. Call free phone on 0800 433 4757.
Once payment has been received for your order, your goods will be dispatched.
Shipping And Handling Post & packaging costs are calculated on weight and dimensions of the parcel. Our minimum post & packaging is calculated as 1st or 2nd class packet rate, and are in line with Royal Mail posting costs plus packaging.
Please note: You can choose whether you want your order to be shipped by 1st or 2nd class post when checking out. If you require special delivery, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your requirements. Saturday next day delivery will be more expensive than that of normal monday to thursday next day deliveries.
Goods are usually dispatched on the same day as payment has been received, this way your order usually arrives within 3 days in the UK, British Isles and Northern Ireland, however, this is not guaranteed. For more information on delivery times, please visit the Royal Mail website. Delivery will take longer for Europe and the rest of the world.
We endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day, but stock levels and post times can sometimes hinder this policy. In the case of stock levels, we will contact you to inform you of a delay and advise. We cannot be held responsible for delay due to postal strikes, bad weather conditions, and natural disasters.
If you would like to order your items on next day guaranteed delivery or special delivery, we can accomodate you for the relative charge. Just contact us and we can make these necessary arrangements.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to either wait for new stock to arrive, receive an alternate product or to cancel your order. We usually say to allow 28 days for delivery of backordered items, but the majority of backordered items reach customers within a couple of weeks.
