Returns Policy Due to Health & Hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange items once they have been tried on. Before opening, please check your items when they arrive to make sure that they are what you ordered.
If a genuine mistake has been made by despatch and your goods are not what you ordered and they are in the original packaging, unopened and unworn, then we will exchange your item or refund your money including the postage.
If a mistake has been made on your part during the order process and you have accidentally ordered the wrong thing, then we will exchange your items only. No postage costs will be refunded under these circumstances.
If, for any of the reasons above, you need to send the goods back to us, you must return them within 7 working days of despatch date. No refunds or exchanges can be given after this period.
If the above guidelines have not been adhered to, we reserve the right to refuse items that have been returned.
